Trang này mô tả Deal Bot (DEAL24) tại https://trungtamdeal.io.vn thu thập, dùng và xóa dữ liệu thế nào. Dành cho người bán dùng phần mềm và cho Meta khi xét duyệt ứng dụng Facebook dealhot.
1. Ai vận hành
Deal Bot là phần mềm web giúp người bán đăng deal tiếp thị liên kết lên kênh Telegram và Fanpage Facebook của chính họ. Người vận hành là chủ hệ thống của tên miền trungtamdeal.io.vn (cá nhân, Việt Nam). Không phải Meta, không phải Facebook, không phải Accesstrade.

2. Dữ liệu lấy từ Facebook
Deal Bot không dùng Facebook để đăng nhập website. Tài khoản web do chủ hệ thống tạo. Nút «Kết nối Fanpage» chỉ xin quyền đăng lên Trang (Fanpage) mà người bán quản trị.
Quyền xin Meta:
pages_show_list— liệt kê Trang người bán quản trị, để họ chọn đúng Fanpage.pages_read_engagement— xác nhận Trang còn hoạt động, đủ điều kiện nhận bài chúng tôi gửi.pages_manage_posts— đăng bài deal (ảnh, chữ, link mua, công bố hoa hồng) lên Trang đã chọn.
Khi kết nối thành công, chúng tôi lưu: mã Trang (Page ID), tên Trang, link công khai của Trang, và Page Access Token (mã hóa, không hiện lại trên web, kể cả với người bán).
Chúng tôi không:
- lấy mật khẩu Facebook;
- đăng lên tường cá nhân;
- đọc bạn bè, tin nhắn, ảnh cá nhân;
- bán dữ liệu Facebook;
- dùng dữ liệu Trang để chạy quảng cáo hay hồ sơ người lạ.
Bài đăng là nội dung deal affiliate có công bố tiếp thị liên kết. Người bán có thể ngắt kết nối bất cứ lúc nào tại Cài đặt. Gỡ ứng dụng trên Facebook: Cài đặt Facebook → Ứng dụng và trang web.
3. Dữ liệu khác trên Deal Bot
- Tên đăng nhập, mật khẩu (đã băm), tên gọi.
- Khóa Accesstrade (mã hóa) — để lấy deal và đối soát hoa hồng vào tài khoản sàn đứng tên người bán.
- Telegram: mã kênh (chat_id), không lưu tin nhắn khách.
- Deal, lịch sử đăng bài, bảng đối soát tháng.
- Cookie phiên đăng nhập (cần để giữ phiên, không dùng cho quảng cáo).
Nhật ký kỹ thuật (IP lúc đăng nhập sai, hành động chủ hệ thống) để chống xâm nhập. Không bán danh sách người dùng.
4. Chia sẻ với bên thứ ba
Chúng tôi gửi nội dung bài lên Telegram và Facebook Graph API đúng kênh người bán đã gắn. Lấy deal / hoa hồng từ Accesstrade bằng khóa của chính người bán. Máy chủ đặt tại nhà cung cấp VPS. Không bán dữ liệu cho bên quảng cáo.
5. Lưu bao lâu
Token Fanpage giữ đến khi người bán ngắt kết nối, chủ xóa gian, hoặc Facebook thu hồi. Deal cũ chưa đăng có thể bị xóa sau khoảng 30 ngày. Bảng đối soát tháng đã chốt giữ để quyết toán. Khi xóa kết nối Facebook, token Trang bị gỡ khỏi hệ thống.
6. Bảo mật
HTTPS. Khóa API mã hóa Fernet. Người bán không xem lại khóa. Chủ hệ thống cũng không đọc lại bản gốc — chỉ dán mới. Không có «quên mật khẩu qua email».
7. Trẻ em
Dịch vụ không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi (quy định nền tảng Meta). Không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu trẻ em.
8. Thay đổi
Cập nhật trên trang này, ghi ngày ở cuối. Dùng tiếp dịch vụ sau khi cập nhật là chấp nhận bản mới.
Privacy Policy (English)
This policy describes how DEAL BOT / DEAL24 at https://trungtamdeal.io.vn collects, uses, and deletes data. It applies to sellers using the software and to Meta App Review for the Facebook app dealhot.
1. Operator
DEAL BOT is a web tool that helps affiliate sellers publish deal posts to their own Telegram channel and Facebook Page. It is operated by the individual who runs trungtamdeal.io.vn in Vietnam. It is not Meta, Facebook, or Accesstrade.

2. Data from Facebook
We do not use Facebook Login as the website login. Web accounts are created by the operator. The in-app «Connect Fanpage» button only requests permission to post to a Facebook Page the seller already admins.
Permissions we request:
pages_show_list— list Pages the seller manages so they can pick the correct Page.pages_read_engagement— confirm the Page is available to receive posts we send.pages_manage_posts— publish deal posts (image, caption, purchase link, affiliate disclosure) to the chosen Page.
After a successful connect we store: Page ID, Page name, public Page URL, and a Page Access Token (encrypted at rest; never displayed again in the UI, including to the seller).
We do not collect Facebook passwords; post to personal timelines; read friends, messages, or personal photos; sell Facebook data; or use Page data for advertising or profiling strangers.
Posts are affiliate deal content with a required disclosure. The seller may disconnect at any time in Settings. They may also remove the app under Facebook Settings → Apps and websites.
3. Other data on DEAL BOT
- Username, hashed password, display name.
- Encrypted Accesstrade access key — to fetch deals and reconcile commissions paid to the seller’s own affiliate account.
- Telegram channel id (chat_id). We do not store customer chat history.
- Deal records, post logs, monthly commission statements.
- Session cookies for sign-in (not for ads).
Technical logs (e.g. IP on failed login, operator audit trail) are for security. We do not sell user lists.
4. Sharing
We send posts to Telegram and the Facebook Graph API only for channels the seller connected. We call Accesstrade with the seller’s own key. Hosting is on a VPS provider. We do not sell data to advertisers.
5. Retention
Page tokens are kept until the seller disconnects, the operator archives the shop, or Facebook revokes access. Unposted deals may be deleted after about 30 days. Closed monthly statements are kept for settlement. Disconnecting Facebook removes the Page token from our system.
6. Security
HTTPS. API secrets encrypted with Fernet. Sellers cannot view secrets again. The operator cannot read stored secrets either — only paste new ones. There is no email password reset.
7. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 (Meta platform rules). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
8. Changes
We update this page and the date below. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new text.
